Psychotherapy- Counseling

Emotion management is an important part of your overall health and can have a significant effect on your physical well-being.  Our clinic offers support for managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, insomnia, pain, addictions, body-image issues, life transitions, and chronic health conditions.

If lifestyle changes have been suggested as part of your treatment, counseling can offer a wonderful support.  Increasing motivation for change and living a life that is full of meaning and purpose will be a part of your journey. Addressing deeper psychological issues may help to free up space for change and self-care.  Nutrition education, sleep hygiene, exercise, and emotion management will be assessed and treated.

Marah Connole has a gentle, warm, yet direct approach to counseling.  She uses a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic approaches.

At this time, Marah is only accepting adult clients.  Please contact the clinic and Marah can directly answer any questions about the counseling process.
